Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Contact us before sending anything back and include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Used or burned candles, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping

Unless an item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
